自己保留一个根据IP查询地址的接口
接口地址为：http://int.dpool.sina.com.cn/iplookup/iplookup.php?ip=IP地址
顺便附上几个其他的：
http://whois.pconline.com.cn/?ip=IP地址
有道的查询IP接口：http://www.yodao.com/smartresult-xml/search.s?type=ip&q=IP地址??
?? 这个接口稍微改变下，可查询手机号码归属地：http://www.yodao.com/smartresult-xml/search.s?type=mobile&q=手机号码??
